Members Update – February 2020

The membership roster of the DPVA continues to grow.  We would like to welcome the following people as either new or renewing members:

  • Debi and Mark Belanger,
  • Diana Grimes,
  • Richard and Shari Hulsman,
  • Stephanie Ohms, and
  • Margie Poeppelman.

There are many opportunities for volunteering time and talents.  We know we can count on all of our members to be among the ranks of dedicated volunteers whenever possible!

Loss in the DPVA Family

We are once again saddened by the loss of members of the DPVA family.

Lorraine (Lorrie) Quinlivan passed away on December 28, 2019.  She served as president of the DPVA from 1979-1981.  Among her many hours of volunteer service was her work in editing all of the text for Mud Pies and Silver Spoons.

We are also sad to announce the passing of Jane Gosiger Haley of Oakwood on December 4, 2019 at the age of 89.

We offer our sincere sympathy to the families and loved ones of both Lorrie and Jane.
